3Quotes & Estimates
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary based on:
- Actual home dimensions, weight, and condition at the time of inspection
- Route changes, detours, or road restrictions discovered during transit

Move dates are confirmed only after all required permits have been issued and a deposit has been received (if applicable). Scheduling is subject to state-specific transport curfews, weekday/daylight restrictions, and weather conditions.
Cancellation Policy:
- More than 14 days before move: Full refund of deposit, minus any permit fees already paid.
- 7–14 days before move: 50% of deposit refunded.
- Less than 7 days before move: Deposit is non-refundable due to crew scheduling and permit costs.
- Same-day cancellation: Customer responsible for full mobilization fee plus permit costs.
5Customer Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your home (size, age, condition, location)
- Ensure clear access to both pickup and delivery sites
- Remove all personal belongings, fragile items, and unsecured items before transport
- Disconnect or arrange disconnection of utilities prior to our arrival, unless we have agreed to handle this
- Provide accurate destination address and any park or community rules
- Obtain permission from the destination site owner or park management
- Be present (or send an authorized representative) on the day of pickup and delivery
6Permits, Escorts & Compliance
We coordinate state oversize-load permits, pilot escort vehicles, and federal DOT compliance as part of our service. Customer is responsible for any park-specific permits, HOA approvals, or local zoning permits at the destination.
State permit timing varies (typically 2–5 business days). We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date until all permits are issued by the relevant state DOT offices.
7Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- A deposit may be required to secure your move date and cover permit costs
- Balance is due upon completion of services, before the crew leaves the destination site
- Accepted payment methods will be confirmed in your written quote
- Returned checks or failed payments may incur additional fees
We reserve the right to refuse delivery or final setup if outstanding balances are not paid.
8Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your move is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in question.
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage, wear, or structural weakness in the home
- Damage to items left inside the home during transport
- Damage caused by the home’s age, condition, or non-standard construction
- Damage from weather events, road conditions, or third parties
- Lost profits, lost income, or indirect or consequential damages
Important: We strongly recommend that you carry transit insurance on your home during the move. Talk to your insurance provider before scheduling.
9Damage Claims
Any visible damage caused by our crew during transport or setup must be reported in writing within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery. Photographs and detailed descriptions are required.
Claims filed after seventy-two (72) hours may not be considered. We will work in good faith to investigate and resolve legitimate claims promptly.
